Last week, the Automation, Robotics, and Simulation Division (AR&SD) at the Johnson Space Center awarded Frank Graffagnino a "Superior Assistance Award" for his work integrating a contact model into the real-time robotics simulation used for astronaut training.

Along with the integration, Frank created new ways for analysts to insert error definitions into the sim, which saved considerable amounts of time.
