Industry insiders are predicting a significant gain in market share as a result of the new customized blog/news feed that is significantly boosting the company’s presence on the web. Announcement of a joint venture with Google is pending.

Company president John MacLean was quoted as saying "We must develop knowledge optimization initiatives to leverage our key learnings" after which Mr. Graffagnino was quoted as saying "Don’t worry – he won’t know the blog password".
